ManAlive Expedition Website Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, sub-domains, registration pages, email and text programs, donation portals, and other digital properties operated by ManAlive Expedition (“ManAlive,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By visiting any of those online services (collectively, the “Site”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Site.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site - including text, graphics, photographs, logos, audio, and video—is owned by or licensed to ManAlive and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. You may print or share blog posts, devotionals, or event descriptions for personal, non-commercial purposes as long as you retain all copyright notices and provide clear attribution (“© 2025 ManAlive Expedition”). Any other use - such as reproducing, distributing, modifying, or creating derivative works - requires our prior written permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site (a) in any way that violates applicable law; (b) to post or transmit material that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable; (c) to attempt to gain unauthorized access to servers or networks connected to the Site; (d) to interfere with the Site’s security features or its proper operation; or (e) to scrape, mine, harvest, or collect personal information about other visitors without their express consent.

Registrations, Purchases, and Donations

Details, pricing, and availability for events, products, or giving opportunities may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a registration, order, or donation in our sole discretion, including when fraud or abuse is suspected. Refund requests are handled in accordance with our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.

User-Submitted Content

When you submit prayer requests, testimonies, comments, or other material, you grant ManAlive a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and adapt that content for ministry purposes - including publication (with first-name attribution only) on digital or print platforms - unless you expressly indicate otherwise in writing. You represent that you own or control all necessary rights to the content you submit and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

The Site may link to external websites or resources. ManAlive does not endorse and is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party sites. Visiting external links is at your own risk.

Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, ManAlive disclaims all warranties - express or implied - including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses, malware, or other harmful elements.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances will ManAlive, its directors, employees, or volunteers be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you to the extent prohibited by law.

Indemnification

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction.

ManAlive may revise these Terms at any time. All changes are effective when posted and apply to all access to and use of the Site thereafter. Continued use of the Site following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. The “Effective Date” at the top of this page indicates when the latest revisions went into force.

Termination

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your access to the Site (in whole or in part) for any reason, including violation of these Terms, without notice or liability.
