Canadian born entrepreneur John McBride has spent the past two decades in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin, launching and scaling companies alongside his wife and business partner, Jennifer. Their ventures have generated jobs and margin for generosity, supporting organizations like Fierce Freedom, the Honduras Well Project, Leading with Power, and Generations Academy.

He is known for spotting opportunity and turning it into something that lasts. On the Council, John brings a founder's eye to how ManAlive stewards gifts, opens new regions, and keeps growth true to the mission.

John was an atheist for 45 years. Then he met Jennifer and ran into a Father who pursues sons. A ManAlive Expedition followed, and belief turned into brotherhood and purpose.

He serves alongside Jennifer and their two children, Easton and Adalynn. He underwrites and leads the first Wisconsin camp, and he mentors the teams standing up new locations. John believes men from every background and every stage of faith deserve the opportunity to discover freedom, purpose, and authentic brotherhood.

Jim is a North Texas native with a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington. He spent 37 years as a professional pilot and licensed Aviation Maintenance Technician, running complex aviation operations and leading FAA Certified Repair Stations.

His work has been decades of high pressure decisions made calmly, in places where getting it wrong is not an option. He holds a high standard and never loses track of the people involved.

Service is the thing that defines Jim. He says his heart to serve people on one of the ten worst days of their lives has shaped how he shows up everywhere else. Moving 300 people halfway around the world, helping his crew reload hose after a major fire, sitting with a man on a snowy mountaintop while he chases after his own heart. Same posture, different day.

Jim has spent more than 30 years as a volunteer firefighter and more than 20 years on his fire department's board. In that time he helped transform the department from an all volunteer outfit on a modest budget into a professional 24/7 force operating on a multi million dollar budget. He did it by raising the bar for volunteers and pushing men to keep growing, which is the same thing he does with the men at ManAlive.

Dr. Pack works in mental health and rehabilitation. He holds an earned doctorate in Rehabilitation Education and Research from the University of Arkansas, a master's in Rehabilitation Counseling, and a bachelor's in Psychology.

He is a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor, a nationally Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, a Board Certified TeleMental Health Provider (BC-TMH), and a Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist (ASDCS). He practices at Restored Life Counseling in Conway, Arkansas, and serves as an Assistant Professor at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, where he trains the next wave of counselors. That background shapes how ManAlive builds its content and runs its weekends.

It started at a ManAlive event in 2010. Out in the quiet of the woods, Dr. Pack got clarity on where he was supposed to go, in ministry and in work. Everything since has been built on that. He and his wife adopted a son. He built a counseling practice. He watched God show up in his family, his friendships, and his work.

He has served for years, from his early days with the Arkansas Band of Brothers to leading multiple teams at ManAlive Expedition. What he wants now is for other men to get what he got: a real relationship with God that changes how they live.

Jeremy Ramsey brings 18 years of hands on experience in Geographic Information Systems. He played a key role in moving Arkansas into the digital mapping era during the Fayetteville Shale expansion, turning outdated paper maps into interactive resources anyone could reach from anywhere.

Jeremy holds an FAA Remote Pilot Certificate under Part 107. He leads a team of UAV pilots working out new methods for mapping environmental and energy prospects, including locating and sealing abandoned wells to cut methane emissions.

He has been the Operations Team Leader for ManAlive since 2013. His technical instincts and problem solving keep every detail of an event working, from the stage design down to the coffee being ready when men need it.

Jeremy's story with ManAlive started in 2011, when he got a personal message from God that lit a fire to help other men hear the same thing.

The guys call him MacGyver, because he finds a way. He has built a working waterfall stage with live fish in it. He builds the campfires that end up holding the conversations men remember years later.

He also leads trail rides and off-road runs, which is his favorite way to get a man out of his routine and into a real conversation. Push a guy a little past comfortable, put him in a truck with other men for a few hours, and the honesty tends to show up on its own.

David is a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington's School of Architecture and has spent three decades turning blank space into something with a purpose. He founded Winchester Design Group in Arlington, Texas, and walks clients from rough sketch to finished build.

On the Council, David's architect's eye shapes camp layouts and long range facility planning. His Dallas and Fort Worth business network opens doors for funding and growth.

David met Jesus at eight years old and has been learning to walk with God, and walk alongside men, ever since. He has been married to Julie since 1991 and is dad to three adult children. He has put more than twenty years into men's ministry, mostly in the form of steady mentorship and being a guy who actually listens.

His favorite way into a real conversation is a round of disc golf, where theology and life come out naturally between throws. At ManAlive he pairs that with design sense, building the spaces and the conversations that help a man run into his Father. In his words: "Faith, family, and serving God in every detail."
